This property is perfect for a couple and yet the lounge/diner happily seats four, whether it’s for a dinner gathering or simply sinking down into the soft sofas. The lounge has a smart TV.

BREATHTAKING TERRACE

Once inside, push open the full length Georgian-style glazed doors onto your own private terrace with outdoor seating and admire the stunning views into the gardens and the sea beyond. You’ll want to spend time here, drink in hand, relaxing and enjoying the well-maintained gardens which the guests at Garlands can all enjoy.

SPACIOUS LIVING

Through the archway across the lounge you’ll find the excellent kitchen, with plenty of work surface area; it’s not often you can say that about a holiday home!

It hosts everything you’d expect of your own kitchen: ceramic hob, electric fan oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and of course a variety of pans, crockery, and utensils.

Upstairs is a lovely light double bedroom containing a king size bed and quality furniture. You’ll also be reunited with that breath-taking view across the gardens to the sea. The bathroom is en-suite, with a washbasin, WC and bath with an overhead shower attachment.

What you need to know

All linen and towels are provided. There’s private off-road parking, free wifi, and your well-behaved dog is very welcome. Don’t forget – the peaceful retreat of The Beach House is a mere 10-minute stroll from the beach, coastal path and restaurants.
